Encryption everywhere

All traffic is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.2+) and member data is encrypted at rest (AES-256).

HIPAA

We operate as a business associate to our health plan partners and maintain a HIPAA compliance program covering privacy, security, and breach notification.

SOC 2

We are undergoing independent examination of our controls against the AICPA SOC 2 Trust Services Criteria by a licensed CPA firm.

Least privilege

Access to member data is restricted to authorized personnel, protected by multi-factor authentication, and reviewed regularly.

Continuous monitoring

Our infrastructure is continuously monitored for threats and misconfigurations, with centralized logging and alerting.

Tested resilience

We maintain and exercise incident response and business continuity plans.

Personnel who violate information security policies are subject to disciplinary action and such disciplinary action is clearly documented in one or more policies.

A continuous monitoring solution monitors internal controls used in the achievement of service commitments and system requirements.
Acceptable Use Policy
An Acceptable Use Policy defines standards for appropriate and secure use of company hardware and electronic systems including storage media, communication tools and internet access.
New Hire Screening
Hiring managers screen new hires or internal transfers to assess their qualifications, experience, and competency to fulfill their responsibilities. New hires sign confidentiality agreements or equivalents upon hire.
Personnel Acknowledge Security Policies
Internal personnel review and accept applicable information security policies at least annually.

Management is responsible for the design, implementation, and management of the organization’s security policies and procedures. The policies and procedures are reviewed by management at least annually.

Internal personnel complete annual training programs for information security to help them understand their obligations and responsibilities related to security.

Non-console access to production infrastructure is restricted to users with a unique SSH key or access key

Encryption and Key Management Policy
An Encryption and Key Management Policy supports the secure encryption and decryption of app secrets, and governs the use of cryptographic controls.
Removal of Access
